Our cuisine focuses above all on the territory and its products of excellence.
At the Sant’Anna Golf Club Restaurant we believe in the farm-to-table approach: locally sourced vegetables, fish, meats and cheeses guarantee fresh, genuine produce and along with unique and unaltered flavours, giving the cuisine a characteristic style and contributing to the promotion of the region. Which is why we source our ingredients right here, in the countryside around Cogoleto and Arenzano. We aim to introduce our guests to the excellence of local products, with recipes ranging from seafood to meat and farm produce, promoting and seeking to embrace all the facets of a cuisine that is intrinsically varied and colourful.
Our menus are also enriched with Ligurian gastronomic delicacies, incursions into neighbouring regions with refined culinary traditions, and the occasional borrowing from distant lands. To us, cuisine represents the joy of being together, communicating and enriching each other, which is why it must be curious and in tune with the demands of a world that is increasingly close at hand. Alongside the traditional “golfer’s menu” you will find daily proposals based on the seasonality and availability of products. Tastings and themed dinners complete our offering and are a chance to get to know our cuisine.
